Lead hardware reliability for Starlink dish, Wi-Fi routers, and power supplies.
Own production quality for Bastrop factory lines and MRB containment.
Develop process specs to increase first-pass yield and enforce quality.
Identify inefficiencies and drive production process improvements.
Collaborate with supply chain, production, and engineering teams on processes and layout.
Maintain ISO 9001 certification and ensure factory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
2+ years leading a team of 5+ people and executing complex projects.
Master’s degree in electrical, mechanical, materials, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering.
Experience with high-volume manufacturing.
Mentoring junior engineers.
Experience with PCB, PCBA, and electromechanical assembly.
AS9100 or equivalent quality system experience.
Onsite in Bastrop, TX; relocation if needed; remote/hybrid not available.
