Provide technical leadership across MEP design, construction, and commissioning.
Own delivery of large capital projects for internal customers.
Drive design decisions and mentor team members.
Ensure projects meet performance, schedule, and quality objectives.
Based in McGregor, TX; onsite role; travel may be required.
Onsite role only; remote/hybrid not considered.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or related engineering.
2+ years of professional MEP design/build experience.
1+ year of leadership experience leading teams or projects.
Experience with electrical and power distribution systems (<600Vac).
HVAC design principles: refrigeration, chillers, boilers, AHU.
Plumbing design: domestic water, wastewater, venting, storm.
