📋 Description

• Extreme ownership to enable rapid avionics design, integration, testing, and launches
• Drive conceptual design, architecture trades, and first-order sizing
• Develop design requirements where definition is lacking
• Optimize development speed, mass, and cost of avionics
• Perform in-depth first principles analysis and FEA
• Based in Starbase, TX; onsite only, remote not considered

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or math
• 3+ years designing mechanical components or assemblies
• 1+ years leading teams or projects
• Creative problem solving across disciplines with risk assessment
• Able to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
• Proficient with hand calculations, FEA, and CAD
