Lead MedTech Operator - Production

📋 Description

• Manufacture product per procedures and quality standards.
• Prepare and verify batch components and documentation.
• Inspect product quality according to specifications.
• Support production planning and allocate resources.
• Act as primary operational contact for client's Production Manager.
• Lead by example with professionalism and focus on quality.

🎯 Requirements

• MLO or HBO degree (Life Sciences, Biotech, Chemistry or related)
• 3-5 years in a production environment (MedTech/pharma in regulated industry)
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
• Clear communicator with operators, management, and client stakeholders
• Organized, proactive, and able to maintain oversight in dynamic production
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and strong focus on quality/compliance
