Lead Microsoft 365 Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 consulting engagements, from client discovery and solution design
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and advise clients on modern workplace
• Design and deliver SharePoint Online intranets, document management systems, and collaboration
• Develop Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions to extend SharePoint capabilities and
• Advise on Microsoft Teams and Power Platform governance, including provisioning, lifecycle
• Conduct Microsoft 365 and file server audits to assess content, permissions, and migration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent
• At least 7 years of experience in Microsoft 365 consulting or solution architecture, including
• Advanced expertise in SharePoint Online information architecture, site design, permissions, and
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Proven experience leading migrations and conducting audits using tools such as ShareGate, AvePoint
• Practical experience developing Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions integrated with
