📋 Description

• Lead Nurse provides clinical leadership, oversight for Colorado Care Management Team.
• Supervises Care Managers ensuring safe, compliant, person-centered services.
• Partners with Operations, Compliance, Quality to oversee workflows, documentation, regulatory
• Serves as primary clinical SME for Colorado operations; supports complex cases and authorizations.
• Develops clinical processes, improves operational efficiency, promotes accountability and

🎯 Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; compact licensure to serve multiple states
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years clinical nursing experience with elders/disabled in home/community settings (HCBS/LTSS)
• 2+ years in clinical leadership, supervisory, or program management role; Medicaid-funded program
• Minimum 1 year experience developing or implementing SOPs or related policies/workflows.
