📋 Description

• Act as CMO of your product; own performance and ROAS.
• Develop and own GTM strategy: positioning, messaging, growth targets.
• Monitor trends and test them to scale growth with real-time metrics.
• Scope and prioritize marketing activities by business impact.
• Partner with Product/Performance/Organic teams to align roadmaps and launches.
• Lead from the front with a hands-on, can-do attitude.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product marketing and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of driving growth through product and performance marketing.
• Experience leading GTM strategy and execution.
• Strong skills in product positioning and messaging.
• Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and how to move them.
• Experience leading a cross-functional team.
