Lead, Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

📋 Description

• Lead power generation operations and maintenance for a 1.2 GW behind-the-meter facility with LM6000
• Coordinate startup/shutdown, fast-start dispatches, alarm responses, and ensure regulatory
• Plan outages for borescope, combustion, and hot section work; manage resources and vendor
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, CMMS records, and spares inventory for reliability
• Maintain safety standards, administer LOTO and permits, and ensure high-work-quality and safe
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility efficiency and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years hands-on LM6000 maintenance with 1-2 years in supervisory role.
• Proven expertise across Control Room Operations, Mechanical, Electrical, I&C, and Water
• Ability to read LM6000 P&IDs and electrical diagrams; medium-voltage experience a plus.
• Strong CMMS skills; valid driver's license; able to pass background/drug/fit tests.
• Physical capability for heights, confined spaces, high voltage work; lift 50+ lbs; wear PPE
• LM6000 maintenance certifications and NFPA 70E or related safety certifications preferred.
