Lead Operations Program Manager, Product

📋 Description

• Lead annual and ongoing planning for the Product org to align strategy and rhythms.
• Design operating model for the Product org, including leadership forums and cross-functional rhythms.
• Lead large strategic programs spanning Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics with minimal guidance.
• Set strategy and processes behind Product operations programs (onboarding, communications, rituals) to scale.
• Lead large-scale change management programs to adopt new planning strategies, systems, or processes.
• Drive strategic discussions with senior leaders and align diverse perspectives for buy-in.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in strategy, operations, or PM at high-growth tech companies.
• Partnered with Product/Design; fluent in planning and delivering.
• Led large strategic programs; influence senior leaders without formal authority.
• Experience building scalable processes and planning systems.
• Proven ability to create structure from ambiguity using structured problem-solving.
• Experience with modern planning tools (e.g., Continuous Planning, Linear).
