• Build and operationalize organic risk adjustment programs to boost performance and docs.
• Develop workflows, playbooks, provider engagement, and reporting.

• Serve as operational owner for day-to-day risk adjustment execution.
• Partner with providers and clinical teams to improve documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of lead-level experience in healthcare ops, risk adjustment, or related.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage risk adjustment programs and RAF.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across clinical, analytics, and ops.
• Experience developing provider education and documentation improvement programs.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and translate insights into action.
