📋 Description

• Lead outreach activities and guide Outreach Specialists
• Coach onboarding, training, and process improvements
• Coordinate outreach activities and ensure standards
• May provide in-person peer recovery support (1:1/group)
• Field-based role with significant travel

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years in community outreach or healthcare engagement
• Demonstrated ability to mentor or guide peers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with flexible schedule
• Willingness to travel up to 75%
• Meets or actively pursuing Peer Support Specialist certification (state-specific)
