Lead Packaging Agent - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Lead and motivate team to execute packaging tasks on 2nd shift.
• Measure, package and label products accurately per instructions.
• Verify PWOs, labels, and manifests; report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain sanitary work area and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Operate and troubleshoot automation equipment used in packaging.
• Align tasks with production schedule to optimize throughput.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated lead or people management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• 1 year (2-3 preferred) hands-on factory/production experience.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and POS systems a plus.
• Physical ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 21+ to apply.
