📋 Description

• Executing tasks assigned by Management.
• Detect errors and communicate issues to Supervisors.
• Measuring, packaging, and labeling products.
• Lead and motivate team; prioritize tasks by PWO.
• Maintain sanitary work environment; ensure quality.
• Staging, exterior packaging, and reading reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older to apply
• Must comply with all regulations for cannabis industry
• 1+ year hands-on experience in a factory/manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance)
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and POS systems
