Lead - Partner Marketing

📋 Description

• Build joint marketing plans with distributors, resellers and VARs to drive pipeline.
• Develop localized GTM motions for NA & LATAM markets; tailor messaging.
• Advise/execute co-marketing programs: webinars, rounds, digital campaigns.
• Drive partner marketing using assets and distributor-led amplification.
• Manage MDF planning, approvals and ROI aligned with regional revenue plan.
• Collaborate with Channel Sales for cohesive field execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years in Partner marketing (channels, resellers, SI/ISV).
• Experience in marketing Technology and SaaS is a bonus.
• Ability to bring multiple teams together to drive co-marketing campaigns.
• Creative thinking, self-driven; customer-centric mindset.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving; data & ROI driven.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation & campaign tools.
