Lead - Partner Onboarding & Due Diligence

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of banks, payment partners and financial institutions across multiple
• Coordinate partner KYC/KYB, AML, financial crime due diligence and risk assessments in
• Conduct ongoing and periodic due diligence reviews of existing partners, ensuring documentation and
• Assess partner documentation, identify gaps and follow up with partners and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate partner records, due diligence documentation, approvals and review timelines.
• Manage partner queries and coordinate the resolution of onboarding and due diligence-related issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in payments, fintech, banking or financial services.
• Experience in partner onboarding, KYC/KYB, due diligence or financial crime compliance within
• Strong understanding of AML, financial crime risk, regulatory requirements and due diligence
• Familiarity with banking and payment partner documentation, risk assessments and periodic review
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation and organisational skills.
