Manage the entire lifecycle of big events from contract signing to final closing
Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders, event organizers, and internal teams
Coordinate tasks of other departments to ensure timely delivery
Communicate product and process needs to HQ and collaborate with product/engineering
Create and maintain Q&A for user support
Ensure documentation for project requirements

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in project management or consulting
Fluent English and German, other languages a plus
Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
Solution-focused with problem identification and resolution
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and efficient
