Lead Partnerships Manager, Data & Risk

📋 Description

• Own Dave's data and risk partner portfolio (fraud, identity, open banking)
• Turn objectives into a partner roadmap with renewals and new capabilities
• Evaluate partners for commercial fit, data quality, risk, and cost
• Build scorecards for partner SLAs, cost, risk, and data reliability
• Find openings to sharpen underwriting, fraud controls, and eligibility
• Run partnerships end-to-end: sourcing, diligence, modeling, negotiation, implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in fintech partnerships or product strategy
• Strong product sense; can point to partner choices that moved outcomes
• Commercial and analytical instincts; comfortable with business cases and unit economics
• Negotiated and managed complex partner relationships from diligence through launch
• Lead across Product, Engineering, Risk, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations
• Clear written and spoken communication to move senior stakeholders
