• Lead current/future-state process mapping across People Ops.
• Identify inefficiencies; simplify workflows; reduce manual work.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for systems and automation.

• Partner with People Systems, IT, Analytics; monitor metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in People Ops, HR transformation, or related fields in scaling orgs.
• Proven experience redesigning cross-functional processes.
• Strong Workday knowledge: data model and workflows.
• Practical AI tools, automation, integrations, and solution design.
• Strong systems-thinking linking operations, data, and tech.
• Excellent communication, project management, analytics, problem-solving.
