🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in People Operations, HR transformation, or related fields.
• Strong Workday fluency: data models, workflows, and capabilities.
• Practical fluency with AI tools and agentic workflows.
• Strong systems-thinking; connect strategy, ops, data, and tech.
• Strong facilitation; map processes and capture requirements.
• Clear, concise written communication.
