📋 Description

• Lead Kenya People agenda for M-KOPA’s largest market
• Own org design, workforce planning, and people strategy
• Manage talent reviews, performance calibration, and succession planning
• Lead employee relations resolution and ensure Kenyan labor law compliance
• Drive organizational change, restructurings, and cross-functional projects
• Partner with Kenya leadership to scale People function

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years HR/People Partner experience in fast-growth, matrixed orgs
• Deep knowledge of Kenyan labor law and regulatory environment
• Proven ability to design/execute org design, workforce planning, or succession frameworks
• Experience advising director-level+ executives
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership
