📋 Description

• Strategic advisor to Kenya's leadership team on org design, workforce planning, and
• Own talent review, performance calibration, and succession planning for the Kenya client group
• Lead employee relations resolution and act as escalation point for the market, ensuring compliance
• Drive organizational change initiatives - restructuring, transformations, and cross-functional

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR/People Partner experience, including 3–6+ years advising director-level
• Working knowledge of Kenyan labor law and regulatory environment, with direct experience handling
• Demonstrated experience designing and executing org design, workforce planning, or succession
