📋 Description

• Lead AI-first People Systems architecture and vision.
• Reimagine core workflows (recruiting, onboarding, performance) with AI-first.
• Design AI-powered workflows, copilots, and agents across the lifecycle.
• Integrate with Workday, Greenhouse, Sana, and Klaviyo platforms.
• Establish prompt engineering, LLM design, versioning, security.
• Enable AI use cases that drive faster execution and better decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years engineering or data engineering; 2+ years AI/ML/LLM work.
• Proven ability to set technical direction and build 0→1 systems.
• Strong Python, SQL, and modern API experience.
• LLM platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
• LangChain and LangGraph; designing AI workflows.
• Experience integrating with enterprise SaaS (HRIS/ATS); scalable automation.
