Lead, People Systems - Payroll, Absence and Time-Tracking

📋 Description

• Configure and maintain Payroll components, earnings and deductions
• Configure and maintain Absence plans, accruals, eligibility, and leave types
• Configure and maintain Time Tracking: templates, validations, calendars, overtime
• Configure Core HCM foundations: orgs, staffing, job profiles, data integrity
• Support annual cycles in Workday: comp reviews, open enrollment, restructures
• Design and maintain business processes: rules, validations, routing, approvals

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as a Workday BSA with config, testing, and deployment
• Workday accreditations/certifications in HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking
• Experience with Workday PATT configuration and security
• Hands-on Workday Core HCM knowledge and security
• Experience with full lifecycle Workday implementations or major module expansions
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday designs and document decisions
• Interest/experience applying AI tools to HRIS and automation
