📋 Description

• Lead, coach, mentor, and train a small team to achieve required production levels.
• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
• Coordinate activities of employees engaged in production or processing of materials.
• Confer with supervisors to coordinate activities within or between departments.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; at least one year of DIS-TRAN experience required.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook preferred.
• Epicor experience preferred.
• Regular, reliable attendance required.
• Minimum 3 years of Pole fit and/or weld experience.
• 0 safety violations.
