Lead, Pharmacy Fulfillment Operations

📋 Description

• Lead and supervise Pharmacy Technicians in daily dispensing workflows.
• Manage workload distribution and meet basic performance targets.
• Onboard new hires; coach technicians on tools and workflows.
• Oversee dock operations, safety, inbound/outbound freight, compliance.
• Provide day-to-day coaching and feedback; drive continuous improvement.
• Escalate underperformance with People & Culture and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership: 2-3 years leading operations or team support; supervisory experience a plus.
• Education: Associate or Bachelor's in Healthcare, Business, or Supply Chain; HS diploma.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiar with pharmacy/healthcare/fulfillment; willing to learn regulatory requirements.
• Operational Excellence: Experience with high-volume workflows; stay organized under pressure.
• People Skills & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills; coach others and communicate clearly.
• Data & Technology Fluency: Comfortable with basic data tools and queue/workflow platforms.
