Lead PHP/Symfony Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems with PHP and Symfony
• Own features end-to-end from ticket to production release
• Write clean, strongly-typed, maintainable, testable code
• Build automated tests with PHPUnit and similar tools
• Promote Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and contribute to culture

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PHP (7.4/8+) experience
• 3+ years Symfony hands-on experience
• Strong design patterns knowledge
• Unit/integration testing with PHPUnit/Behat
• Hands-on Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Familiar with static analysis tools (PHPStan/Psalm)
