Own the architecture across mobile-key issuance, vendor integrations, and BLE paths
Improve unlock reliability, latency, and vendor coverage
Partner with Product to inform roadmap for Physical Access
Mentor engineers, build execution plans, and break down work

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of engineering background
2+ years leading engineering teams
Backend applications development
Hands-on experience with hardware or vendor APIs (IoT, access)
Proven ability to ship reliable, scalable products
Self-motivated, collaborative, and diligent
