🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Operations or similar analytical role in high-growth startup.
• Experience working with, analyzing, and presenting findings from large data sets.
• Proven track record in project management with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural and functional teams.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication.
• Knowledge of Hindi language is highly desirable.
