🎯 Requirements

6+ years in Operations or analytical roles, incl. high-growth startups
Experience analyzing and presenting large data sets
Proven project management with multiple stakeholders
Ability to work with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
Strong written and verbal English communication
Hindi language skills highly desirable
Team management experience a plus
Less-experienced candidates may be Senior Associate, Platform Growth & Ops
