Lead / Principal Deployment Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead hands-on deployment of Celonis solutions for enterprises.
• Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, analyses, dashboards.
• Validate AI outputs for accuracy and relevance to customer context.
• Translate customer needs into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Provide decision-making guidance and ensure business impact.
• Drive go-live, adoption, and long-term value realization.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years in management or IT/ data/ process consulting.
• Platform skills: Celonis, data modeling, KPI, automation.
• Programming: PQL, SQL, and Python.
• AI fluency: AI-assisted tools; write specs; evaluate outputs.
• Domain knowledge: enterprise processes; ERP (SAP/Oracle) a plus.
• Consulting skills: run workshops, manage stakeholders, deliver outcomes.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Tech/CS/Engineering.
• Languages & travel: English and German; travel up to 50%.
