🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience designing complex SaaS/enterprise/AI/data products; lead initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking; link customer problems to goals and constraints with impact.
• Excellent end-to-end design capability; run design sprints/workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of customer research and evidence-based decisions; interest in AI-native development.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling; business-minded and coaching others.
