Lead Product Designer

📋 Description

• Shape product direction by identifying high-impact opportunities.
• Design intuitive products and features delivering early value.
• Interact with customers on discovery, validation and testing.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers to align outcomes.
• Deliver end-to-end user experiences for all customers.
• Mentor and coach junior designers to grow their skills.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product design, ready to lead.
• Lead end-to-end design including prototyping and engineer collaboration.
• Passion for product discovery: UX research and customer interviews.
• Marketing Tech or AdTech experience is beneficial.
• Energetic, team-spirited with a growth mindset.
• Willing to work from Helsinki office at least 3 days/week.
