Lead Product Designer

📋 Description

• Shape the direction of our product experience by identifying high-impact opportunities, clarifying
• Lead design work from discovery through delivery, including research, ideation, prototyping
• Work directly with customers to understand their workflows, validate problems and concepts, and
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Researchers, and leadership to align
• Design intuitive products and features that help customers discover value quickly and accomplish
• Contribute to cohesive end-to-end experiences across the Smartly platform, including AI-native

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience designing complex digital products, with the ability to lead the design process
• Experience turning ambiguous customer and business problems into clear product experiences and
• Strong product discovery skills, including customer interviews, UX research, prototyping
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and build alignment across Product, Engineering
• Experience designing sophisticated workflows while making products intuitive to discover and learn.
• Experience in marketing technology or advertising technology is beneficial.
