Lead Product Designer

📋 Description

• Influence product strategy by partnering with Product and Engineering leadership to prioritize
• Translate qualitative and quantitative user research into product decisions and measurable business
• Pioneer next-gen UX by driving experiences in emerging paradigms like Generative AI and
• Execute full-stack design: user research, interaction design systems, and pixel-perfect visual
• Use narrative and storytelling to justify design rationale and gain cross-functional buy-in
• Apply data-informed thinking to measure UX effectiveness and validate design iterations

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience designing enterprise-grade or large-scale consumer B2B SaaS
• At least 2 years in a dedicated team lead or strategic capacity
• Prior experience or strong interest in conversational interfaces, AI-assisted workflows, or
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related discipline
