🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of demonstrated design experience with portfolio or work examples.
• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong conceptual thinking with typography, color, and layout mastery.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience leading design strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
• Mentorship and leadership experience shaping design culture and systems.
