🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience.
• BA/BS in Design, HCI, or equivalent.
• Problem-solving in complex software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience leading design systems and cross-functional teams.
