🎯 Requirements

8+ years of professional product design experience
Portfolio showing user-centered design with strong visual, interaction design and data storytelling
Proficiency in Figma
Experience designing dashboards, analytics tools, and data visualizations in ecommerce or analytics
Experience with design systems and evolving them
Strong communication to explain design rationale
