🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years as a product designer with a strong productivity software portfolio.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems (Figma libraries, tokens).
• Ability to simplify complex, multi-step workflows into intuitive experiences.
• End-to-end design skills: strategy, IA, interaction, visuals, prototyping.
• Hands-on with AI tools like Cursor and Bolt to speed up exploration.
• Comfortable with high ambiguity and 0→1 product work.
