Lead Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead design strategy and execution for one or more product areas, translating customer needs
• Partner with product and engineering leaders, researchers, data partners and designers to define
• Use qualitative and quantitative insight to influence priorities, clarify tradeoffs and improve
• Lead complex discovery and design work through ambiguity with clarity, speed and craft
• Design and refine creation, transaction, automation, review, publishing and configuration
• Drive quality reviews and set standards for usability, accessibility, interaction quality, visual

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant product design experience, including sustained leadership, mentorship or
• An exceptionally strong portfolio that demonstrates product judgment, systems thinking, customer
• Proven experience leading product design across the full lifecycle, including research, information
• Exceptional visual and interaction design craft, with deep care for hierarchy, layout, typography
• Deep fluency in design systems, accessibility standards, reusable patterns and scalable product
• Experience designing complex creation, commerce, communications, publishing or automation workflows
