Lead Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own and drive the overall product design vision, aligning UX with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end design for new features: research, IA, wireframes, prototypes, UI.
• Design experiences for platform engineering, infrastructure automation, permissions management, workflows.
• Partner with product managers, software engineers, and technical specialists to validate solutions and influence direction.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system that supports consistency, usability, and growth.
• Integrate AI powered tools and workflows to improve design efficiency and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product design, including leadership of complex digital products.
• Proven experience designing technical platforms (dev tools, SaaS, cloud).
• Track record scaling design practices in startup or high growth settings.
• Expert in UX architecture, interaction and visual design, and design systems.
• Strong frontend knowledge HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementation decisions.
• Excellent communication to explain design decisions to technical and non technical audiences.
