📋 Description

• Lead design strategy for growth initiatives like onboarding, engagement, rewards.
• Design high-quality interactive experiences on iOS, Android, and web.
• Own projects end-to-end from concept through launch and iteration.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing to drive growth.
• Provide design direction and mentorship to other designers.
• Improve processes and scale best practices across design teams.
• Contribute to and expand the product design system; leverage AI tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading end-to-end design for consumer products.
• Strong visual design with design systems and brand focus.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor others.
• Product thinking beyond visuals; strategic influence.
• Experience designing mobile and web apps.
• Excellent communication with tech and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fintech experience is highly desirable.
• Experience leading growth initiatives at scale is a plus.
