Lead Product Designer, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own marketplace discovery end-to-end from opportunities to shipped experiences.
• Shape design strategy for a two-sided marketplace balancing creators and consumers.
• Design AI-driven discovery (personalization, curation, trust signals).
• Connect product systems across community, content, engagement, and marketplace.
• Prototype rapidly with AI-assisted tools to validate ideas.
• Collaborate with product and engineering toward feasible, scalable designs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design with strong portfolio.
• Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
• Experience owning a product area at senior or lead level.
• Strong 0→1 product development experience.
• Understanding of marketplace discovery dynamics (search, ranking, recommendations).
• Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping/development (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable or similar).
