Lead Product Designer, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own marketplace discovery end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to shipping high-quality
• Shape the design strategy for a two-sided marketplace balancing creators and consumers.
• Design AI-driven discovery experiences, including personalization and trust signals.
• Connect product systems and experiences across community, creator, content, and engagement.
• Prototype rapidly and iteratively using AI-assisted tools.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure feasible, scalable designs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
• Experience owning a product area at senior or lead level.
• Strong experience with 0→1 product development in ambiguous contexts.
• Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping and development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, etc.).
• Advanced Figma proficiency and strong product and systems thinking.
