📋 Description

• Own marketplace discovery end-to-end: opportunities to shipping.
• Shape design strategy for a two-sided marketplace.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product design with shipped products.
• Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
• Senior/lead level ownership of design direction.
• Strong 0→1 product development experience.
• Understanding of marketplace discovery (search, ranking, recommendations).
• Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable).
