Lead Product Designer, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own marketplace discovery end-to-end from opportunities to shipped experiences.
• Shape design strategy for a two-sided marketplace balancing creator and consumer needs.
• Design AI-driven discovery experiences including personalization and trust signals.
• Connect product systems across community, creator, content, and marketplace dynamics.
• Prototype rapidly using AI-assisted tools to validate ideas.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to align design with goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with shipped products.
• Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
• Experience owning a product area at senior/lead level.
• Strong 0→1 product development experience.
• Understanding of marketplace discovery dynamics.
• Genuine fluency with AI-assisted prototyping (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, etc.).
