Lead Product Designer, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end discovery for a two-sided marketplace
• Shape design strategy balancing creator visibility and consumer trust
• Design AI-driven discovery experiences (personalization, recommendations, trust signals)
• Connect product systems across community, creator, content, and marketplace dynamics
• Prototype rapidly with AI-assisted tools and validate ideas
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure feasible, scalable designs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with shipped products
• Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience
• Experience owning a product area at senior/lead level
• Strong 0→1 product development experience
• Understanding of marketplace discovery (search, ranking, recommendations, trust)
• Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, etc.)
