Lead Product Designer, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own marketplace discovery end-to-end from identifying opportunities to shipping experiences
• Shape design strategy for a two-sided marketplace balancing creator visibility and consumer trust
• Design AI-driven discovery experiences including personalization and trust signals
• Connect product systems across community, creator, content, and marketplace dynamics
• Prototype rapidly with AI-assisted tools to validate ideas and ship production-ready work
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure feasible, scalable designs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with shipped products
• Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience
• Experience owning a product area at senior/lead level
• Strong 0→1 product development experience
• Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping and development (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, etc.)
• Advanced Figma proficiency and strong systems thinking
