Lead Product Designer, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own marketplace discovery end-to-end, framing problems to shipping experiences.
• Shape design strategy for a two-sided marketplace balancing creator and consumer needs.
• Design AI-driven discovery experiences with personalization and trust signals.
• Connect product systems across community, creator, content, engagement, and marketplace.
• Prototype rapidly using AI-assisted development tools to validate ideas.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure feasibility and alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with shipped products and complex multi-user experiences.
• Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
• Experience owning a product area at senior/lead level with autonomy.
• Strong 0→1 product development experience from exploration to launch.
• Understanding of marketplace discovery (search, ranking, recommendations, trust).
• Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping using Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable or similar.
