📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for a two-sided marketplace connecting creators with audiences.
• Shape design strategy, focusing on visibility, trust, relevance, and meaningful experiences.
• Lead AI-driven discovery experiences including personalization and recommendations.
• Connect product systems across community, creator, content, engagement, and marketplace dynamics.
• Prototype rapidly with AI-assisted tooling to bridge design concepts and production.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure feasible, scalable designs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with shipped products and leadership in design direction.
• Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
• Experience owning a product area at senior/lead level with autonomy.
• Strong 0→1 product development experience.
• Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable or similar).
• Advanced Figma proficiency and systems thinking.
