5+ years of product design experience
Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience
Experience owning a product area at senior/lead level
Strong 0→1 product development experience
Understanding of marketplace discovery (search, ranking, recommendations, engagement, trust
Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping and development (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, or similar)
